Situated just five minutes from town this sprawling 18 hole championship standard course offers beautifully smooth fairways, excellently manicured greens and glorious views. The New England region in NSW is scattered with large boulders that protrude from the ground. Two of these attractive boulders feature on Tenterfield Golf Course’s signature hole the 134 metre par three 18th. The relatively short tee shot is slightly uphill with the granite boulders in clear view 15 metres from the front of a mid-sized green. Guarding the green is a bunker on the front left and a grassed depression on the front right. It’s a great sight watching your ball fly over the boulders to set yourself up for a great finishing birdie.
