The course features generous, well manicured fairways and large, smooth rolling greens. This golf course highly regarded in Queensland with many state championships being held here.
Set within full view of the clubhouse, we regard the 335 meter par four 18th as Bribie Islands signature hole. This visually stunning hole presents differing challenges for every level of golfer. The heavily treelined fairway narrows towards the green with a lake, with it’s own beach, protruding out of the forest an into the landing area for the longer hitters. Your approach shot to a rather large elevated green seems relatively easy. But with three deep bunkers and steep rolls offs all around the green any misguided approach will leave you with a challenging chip shot. A birdie here will be well greeted by the onlooking clubhouse patrons.
