Being the premier championship layout in NSW‘s outstanding New England region, the Armidale Golf Course is always immaculately prepared for your golfing pleasure. With mixture of undulating and flat fairways, picturesque par 5’s and some inspiring par 3’s, Armidale offers a fantastic variety of holes to play.
At over 1000m in altitude this beautiful course plays a little differently from sea level courses. The thinner air provides you not only with longer drives, but straighter ones as well. Playing this wonderfully designed and well maintained golf course will have you returning again and again.
With many memorable holes to play GolfAway’s choice for signature hole at Armidale Golf Course is the perilous 146 metre par three 14th. This innocuous but beautiful looking hole is hard to master. The green is rather long and narrow with a large bunker on the left and steep runoff to the right. When the greens are running fast it’s best to aim left of the pin.
